Advanced Design:The Dutch & Dutch 8c feature a 25mm dome tweeter in a patented waveguide for accurate high-frequency reproduction without risk of overheating. A 200mm dynamic driver with aluminum cone and phase plug handles mid-bass frequencies. The rear panel includes two low-frequency drivers for fuller sound, with a wooden enclosure available in different finishes.
All-in-one:The Dutch & Dutch 8c combine a high-quality DAC, amplifier, and DSP. Connectivity options include XLR balanced input, AES3 digital input, "thru" output, and Ethernet for control and monitoring. Even at high sound pressure levels, the 8c provides precise sound with a high signal-to-noise ratio.
Streaming services can be easily accessed, with all components working together to deliver powerful sound at 106 dB continuously from 35 Hz onwards. The amplifier outputs 500W to the bass section and 250W to the mid and high-frequency drivers.
Unique Design:The ABS front panel has a matte finish resistant to fingerprints, while the main body is made of oak. The design of the Dutch & Dutch 8c is as clean as its sound. Large rectangular ports on the side panels help implement the cardioid directivity diagram, allowing the speakers to be placed close to walls for a more open, airy sound.
