Signal interference from smartphones and computers often occurs due to electromagnetic radiation leakage at connector junctions and soldering points. The upper and lower TC19 housings are made of solid metal with CNC machining and equipped with high-precision sealing blocks, forming a completely enclosed shielding chamber with zero gap, which fully isolates internal signal circuits from external interference, eliminating cross-electromagnetic interference at the source.
Inside the cable, four conductors are arranged parallel in a flat ribbon: equal length lines for "plus/minus" exclude data timing shifts, and individual shielding braiding protects each pair from external interference.
Signal wires are made of 4N silver, and power wires are made of 5N long-grain copper with silver coating. The flexible SoftFlex PVC sheath does not harden and allows the cable to bend freely, while the flat profile matches the width of the smartphone connector, so the cable does not protrude and lays easily on the table.
The connectors are machined from solid metal on CNC machines: a seamless housing forms a fully enclosed chamber where electronics are reliably isolated from external electromagnetic noise. A gold insert with the logo indicates the "correct" side - this end is connected to the audio source. The tail end features an innovative curved protrusion design, following the natural finger movement trajectory, making connecting and disconnecting easier and more intuitive.
For portable use, a 10 cm version is suitable, while a 25 or 45 cm length is more convenient for a stationary setup - thus the TC19CC covers all scenarios, from portable DAC to serious desktop systems.
