The cable construction consists of conductors with double shielding. The shielding part of the Nyx signal cable is not suitable for data transmission. The stability of current transmission depends on the quantity and cleanliness of the conductors, while the stability of digital signal transmission also requires good conductor quality, as well as a twisted structure and, more importantly, a shield construction.

For the Nyx data transmission cable series, engineers have developed a double shielded parallel structure for current and data transmission protection, respectively. They can also be distinguished by their appearance: the outer shielding layer made of pure silver provides energy transmission protection, while the outer shielding layer made of mixed silver provides data transmission protection.
The flat cable construction allows easy winding and securing with silicone wraps.
