The DDHIFI BC44XLR cable is designed to connect devices with 4.4mm balanced outputs to XLR inputs, such as amplifiers or active speakers. Its dual shielded coaxial structure ensures accurate reproduction of tones from different instruments and precise sound positioning.
The BC44XLR functions as a preamplifier signal cable, providing smooth audio transmission from a 4.4mm balanced output to an XLR input. This makes it ideal for connecting a portable player to an amplifier or active speakers.
Balanced 4.4mm and XLR 3-pin connectors are widely used in professional audio equipment. The three contacts of the XLR connector serve different functions: Pin 1 for grounding, Pin 2 for positive signal ("hot"), and Pin 3 for negative signal ("cold").
To enhance durability and signal integrity, the BC44XLR features a unique coaxial structure with dual shielding. This design includes three layers of conductors and insulation, ensuring excellent tensile strength and clean signal transmission.
The main conductors combine two different diameters of pure silver with single-strand silver-plated copper, and Furukawa copper-silver alloy. This combination, with a cross-sectional area of 22.8 AWG, provides high-power transmission and efficient signal transfer, resulting in accurate reproduction of instrument tones and clear sound positioning.
