The materials used in the speakers, crossover circuit, and cabinet geometry of the OBERON series are optimized for a wide dispersion pattern. This achieves uniform and high-quality sound even outside the listening area, with a shift from the central axis. This is important because we don't always sit directly in front of the speakers when listening to music. Another advantage of this approach is a significant reduction in harmonic and frequency distortion. That is also why DALI speakers do not need to be tilted.

Convenient Placement

Modern Design
The curved edges and special texture of the fabric on the new Dali grilles give the OBERON series a lighter and more modern look. In the floor-standing models, this is complemented by an elegantly shaped aluminum base.
Paper Cone Woofers
The OBERON series uses woofers with a paper pulp diaphragm reinforced with wood fibers. This material is very lightweight and rigid at the same time. Thanks to this, the woofers reproduce the most delicate nuances of the signal superbly - without any coloration and very accurately.
SMC Technology
The iron pole piece of the OBERON woofers is crowned with a disc made of a soft magnetic compound (SMC), which minimizes the negative properties of iron. SMC technology significantly reduces mechanical distortions. This means you will enjoy listening to music more!
