Bias Monitoring Indicator (BMI) & Protection
To ensure long-term performance and reliability, the Jazz 90 is equipped with a Bias Monitoring Indicator (BMI) system. It continuously monitors power tube status, and activates protection in case of abnormal current. If triggered, the amp will safely shut down, protecting both the tubes and circuitry.
Bias adjustment is made intuitive with dedicated front-panel meters and top-mounted selectors for each power tube. This guarantees that bias levels remain within optimal range at all times.
