These are versatile systems designed for indoor use. The Plus X.3 model is a two-way system with a closed enclosure made of rubberized plastic. The woofer is mounted on a special shaped elastic suspension allowing for significant displacements, providing a solid lower range depth.
The tweeter features a soft dome of one-inch caliber, a powerful magnetic system, and an enlarged voice coil. This ensures not only an extended frequency range (up to 30 kHz), but also precise sound in the main audible spectrum.
These monitors perform best at low and medium volumes, as noticeable cabinet resonance may occur at higher levels. The systems work most effectively in the mid and upper ranges, where the amount of information is maximized. However, the tweeter's activity may seem excessive in some cases. Nevertheless, this should not be a cause for concern - in real conditions, it will not be too noticeable. Additionally, the tweeter is highly detailed and creates a truly airy atmosphere. The midrange is highly informative and precise. The low bass is only hinted at, but thanks to a smooth roll-off, it does not feel lightweight.
