Diamond Dome Tweeters
This ultra-rigid high-precision diamond dome tweeter, which combines lightness, exceptional stiffness, and unparalleled accuracy, is one of the most significant achievements in the last two decades. Even fifteen years after its initial release, there is no better technology for a dome tweeter.
Massive Body Tweeter Assembly
The latest iteration of the iconic top-mounted tweeter in a massive body features a longer loading tube and a completely new grille design optimized for even more open and airy high-frequency sound.
For the 805 D4 Signature series, the signature Solid Body Tweeter-on-Top housing has been upgraded with an elongated shape and extended resonant tubes in the rear chamber. Additionally, the tweeter grille has been improved, resulting in even more open and airy high-frequency sound.
Optimized Crossover
The 800 Signature Series model features a redesigned crossover design installed at the back on rigid aluminum supports. This isolates sensitive capacitors from unwanted air pressure inside the cabinet and provides very efficient cooling during operation.
Aluminum Top Panel
All new models in the 800 Signature Series feature a significantly improved cabinet with a new, optimized aluminum top plate for increased rigidity. New materials are used for panel finishes - exclusive Connolly leather. The Midnight Blue Metallic finish uses luxurious textured blue leather, while the California Burl Gloss finish uses textured black leather.
Completely New Tweeter Grille
The latest iteration of our iconic top-mounted tweeter in a massive body features a longer loading tube and a completely new grille design optimized for even more open and airy high-frequency sound.
Continuum Diaphragm
The composite construction of the Continuum diaphragm allows for avoiding sharp changes in behavior that degrade the sound of the speaker. The result is a more open, neutral performance with high accuracy and transparency in reproducing voices and instruments.
