The Axxess Forte amplifier uses the UMAC amplification technology developed for Aavik amplifiers. The UMAC technology, based on Class D, features significantly lower levels of high-frequency noise and requires less inductive filtering at the output. These advantages provide Axxess Forte amplifiers with a higher damping factor and a much higher level of control over complex acoustics.
The built-in digital-to-analog converter in the Axxess Forte amplifier uses a proprietary 1-bit conversion scheme that preserves the "analog signature" of the musical signal. Thanks to fast data processing and noise immunity, the Axxess Forte DAC lineup ensures purity and accuracy of sound.
The Axxess Forte amplifier is equipped with a network streamer module developed for Aavik brand components. The built-in headphone amplifier operates in pure Class A and delivers excellent linearity, high gain ratio, and low signal distortion.
The Ansuz Tesla coil technologies have been a symbol of Audio Group Denmark's products since 2011 and are used in Forte to achieve the signature characteristics and quality standards of Audio Group Denmark. The Axxess Forte is developed using a "resonant-mode power source" inspired by Aavik to increase operational frequency and deliver higher peak power when required by the music. The power source noise level remains very low and is further reduced by ultra-low noise regulators supplying various parts of the circuit.
