Badalassi Carlo Leather
Badalassi Carlo is a tannery founded by Carlo Badalassi, who was a professor at the leather school in the Santa Croce region. For over 40 years, they have been producing leather combining the traditional Tuscan leather processing method with their unique technology. The leather is processed using plant-extracted tanning agents.
Minerva leather is an untreated leather that initially appears matte but becomes more vibrant in color and develops a shine with use. This is because there is no artificial coating on the leather's surface, and the shine naturally increases due to the oil present in the leather itself over time. Like other types of vegetable tanned leather, Minerva becomes exceptionally beautiful over time.
