The 64 Audio A18s in-ear monitors are custom earphones with eighteen drivers. Developed using a complete system with Tia, Apex, 3D Fit, and LID technologies, the A18s presents 64 Audio's signature balanced sound in a whole new way. The simple design of the earphones immerses the listener in the feeling of live music, forgetting that they are primarily wearing IEMs.
Tia Technology
The special driver and housing design without acoustic sound tubes provides transparent and realistic sound. This system reduces unwanted resonance and distortion, allowing the high-frequency Tia driver to sound freely through one large sound tube.
Apex Technology
The technology is designed to alleviate listener fatigue by reducing excessive air pressure in the ear canal. This ventilation allows musicians and music lovers to comfortably use earphones for longer periods. The freely moving air expands the soundstage and provides more natural sound. It also preserves bass frequencies and helps listeners distinguish individual instruments. The Apex module is available in three versions: mX, m15 (-15 dB), and m20 (-20 dB).
LID Technology
By correcting the nonlinear impedance of the drivers, it ensures proper interaction with various sources. 3D Printing and Hand Assembly
The main body is printed on a modern 3D printer using hypoallergenic solid acrylic. The colors and materials used in 64 Audio products have been specifically chosen for durability. These materials also allow digitally applied images to maintain detail.
Once the body is printed, the production team assembles the remaining components by hand. All custom earphones are tuned and crafted by hand based on your unique impressions. Wearing specially tailored earphones helps isolate external noise and provides more comfortable listening compared to most universal earphones.
