  1. Delivery Timeframes:
    1. We offer next-day delivery within Dubai, Sharjah, Deira, and Abu Dhabi for most items. Same-day delivery is available for select items at an additional cost. Please refer to the product page for availability and delivery options.
    2. Delivery to areas outside of Dubai, Sharjah, Deira, and Abu Dhabi may take up to 5 business days.

    1. We ship all orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
    2. Please note that we do not offer international shipping services.
  3. Shipping Restrictions:
    1. We do not ship to the following locations within the UAE: Al Hudairiyat Island; Lulu Island; Samaliyah Island; Zeraa Island; Al Rafiq, Qassabi; Dalma Island; Sir Banyas Island; Sas Al Nakhil Island; Al Aryam Island; Al Futaisi Island; Halat Al Bahrani Island; Abu as Sayayif Island; Al Gantur; Abu Al Abyad Island; Jananah Island; Khasbat Al Reem Island; Qusahwira Area; Arada; Al Fiyah Island; Marawah Island; Al Bazm al Gharbi Island.
  4. Shipping Costs:
    1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
    2. We may offer free shipping for orders that meet certain criteria. Please refer to our promotions or contact our customer service for more information.
  5. Tracking and Notifications:
    1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS that includes a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

  6. Delivery Address Requirements:
    1. Please ensure that you provide a valid and complete delivery address during the checkout process. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

  7. Signature Requirements:
    1. A signature may be required upon delivery, depending on the nature and value of the order.
    2. If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, please contact our customer service team after placing your order.
  8. Failed Delivery Attempts:
    1. In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to recipient unavailability or an incorrect address, our courier will make reasonable efforts to contact you to reschedule delivery.
    2. If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

    1. We take utmost care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of your order. However, in the rare event of a lost or damaged package during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately.
    2. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
