The SYNCO brand is owned by Guangzhou Zhiying Technology Co., Ltd. (Zhiying Tech), founded in 2017. The company integrates research and development, design, manufacturing, and marketing of its own products. Its headquarters are located in the vibrant city of Guangzhou — a historic metropolis with over 2,200 years of history, serving as a major port and transportation hub in China.

Zhiying Tech operates a modern manufacturing facility spanning 30,000 square meters, equipped with advanced technology for environmental noise cancellation, sound processing and optimization, amplification, reverberation, and more.
