The Focal Kanta N2 is a three-way floorstanding speaker that takes second place among the floor models in the Kanta series. It stands out from the line's flagship with more modest dimensions and smaller bass drivers.

The 27mm tweeter features an inverted dome covered with beryllium, utilizing Infinite Acoustic Loading and Infinite Horn Loading technologies to absorb sound waves emitted from the back of the dome membrane. This lowers the resonance frequency and minimizes distortion, providing detailed and accurate sound.
The 165mm midrange driver uses a composite cone with a layer of Flax fiber between two glass fiber layers for high rigidity and excellent damping with minimal mass. The TMD technology employs a resonance absorber to eliminate unwanted resonances, while the NIC stabilizes the magnetic field around the voice coil. The same NIC technology is used in the dual 165mm woofers.
The Focal Kanta N2 cabinet is constructed from molded plywood, with an HDP polymer faceplate that is 15% stiffer and 70% denser than standard MDF. The high-density polymer is 25% more effective at damping, and the smooth front panel geometry minimizes diffraction. Power Flow technology is used to eliminate dynamic compression with dual bass reflex ports, one on the front and one on the back.
The top of the front panel is sloped for Focus Time technology, ensuring the sound waves from all drivers reach the listening point with minimal time dispersion. The speaker base is made of Zamac, a zinc alloy with aluminum, magnesium, and copper additives. Spikes with foot pads are included. The top panel is glass, and magnetic grilles protect the drivers.
The Focal Kanta Ns can effectively fill rooms ranging from 30 to 60 square meters. Finish options include gloss lacquer, natural veneer, and faceplates available in yellow and blue for seamless integration into any interior design.
