The compact, stylish, and captivating Diablo Utopia EVO acoustic system embodies Focal's traditions in producing bookshelf speakers. Inspired by the Grande Utopia EM system, it features an entirely new quality of bass reproduction thanks to the 165mm driver with the patented Power Flower system and the phase inverter matched to it.

Mounted on standard floor stands, the Diablo Utopia III EVO system impresses with its ability to reproduce mid and high frequencies, rich bass, and unprecedented power.
The low and mid-frequency range is handled by Focal's traditional driver with an amazingly light yet rigid 165mm woofer, consisting of two layers of glass fiber with a syntactic foam layer and mounted on a half-roll surround. Another distinctive feature of the driver is its Power Flower magnetic system. Indeed, its shape resembles a flower with six petal-shaped magnets. This design not only increases power but also better focuses the magnetic field. The basket is reinforced with six separate neodymium elements, creating a uniform and very powerful field.
The high-frequency section includes the famous IAL-2 tweeter with a beryllium inverted dome. The magnetic system is shaped like a Laval reactive nozzle, with the volume behind it acting as a Helmholtz resonator tuned to the tweeter's resonance frequency.
The cabinet is designed using the same Gamma method as other Utopia models - it takes into account vibration distribution and disperses them along the curved walls' section to minimize their impact on sound. The cabinet is made of MDF panels, with a thickness in some areas reaching five centimeters. At the bottom of the front panel, there is a slotted port.
