Universal Audio Volt 4 is a four-channel USB audio interface. Two input channels are equipped with preamplifiers and work with microphone, line, and instrument level signals. This card can be used with synthesizers and other external instruments via built-in MIDI jacks.
The built-in preamplifiers provide the vintage tone characteristic of the 610 tube preamp.
The model is equipped with two pairs of line outputs and two headphone outputs. It features direct monitoring without latency. The interface works with PC, Mac, and iOS devices. The package includes Ableton Live Lite and a vast library of virtual instruments and processing tools.
In addition to other features, like the entire Volt lineup, the Volt 4 interface has a vintage microphone preamplifier mode that emulates the UA 610 console preamp.
