The 3D Terminator headphones utilize 3D printing technology for the internal structure. As a result, Unique Melody has optimized sound transmission and further reduced unwanted distortions. Each dynamic driver is equipped with an independent sound guide and individually tuned. Ultimately, the sound becomes much more coherent, and the soundstage and frequency coherence are significantly improved.
Three-driver configuration:
Three dynamic drivers are used as the drivers. Drivers with two composite diaphragms for low frequencies (7mm + 7mm) and a 10mm driver for mid and high frequencies. This configuration allows for natural dynamic bass along with stunning transparency and clarity. With this combination of drivers, the 3D Terminator achieves a classic dynamic sound with improved technical characteristics. The sound signature has a relaxing and refined sound with informative highs and ultra-high frequencies.
Exclusive design:
Handcrafting on a CNC machine is employed to create the shape of the ear shells. The curved housing is ergonomic, and the elegant design closely follows the contour of the ear canal. Unique Melody does not have active noise cancellation, and passive means are used for this purpose. In most IEMs, you get around 24 decibels of isolation, but this model isolates very well.
Accessories:
The 3D Terminator comes with a rather unusual carrying case. According to Unique Melody, the case was made by Dignis. The SPC cable set is quite simple in design: both 3.5mm connectors and two 0.78mm connectors are made from a semi-transparent material similar to rubber. The cable is a 4-core braided OCC type with silver plating. The accessory set includes 3 sets of interchangeable ear tips and one pair of pre-installed white ear tips. Additionally, the package includes a branded gray microfiber cloth.
