Oxygen is a common impurity in copper products. To combat this, we avoid using gas burners during manufacturing and fill equipment interiors with noble gases. These methods have allowed us to control oxygen to 5ppm, which is below the standard required for oxygen-free copper.
Featuring a proven twisted design, each cable consists of 140 0.04mm conductors in an eight-wire to four-wire braid configuration. The twisting of wires minimizes the energy of magnetic fields produced by each wire, effectively reducing noise and signal interference. This technique achieves two main goals: reducing outgoing noise and diminishing incoming noise related to electromagnetic interference.
