During the manufacturing process, we take special care to avoid oxygen contamination in the copper product. By using noble gases and not gas burners, we have been able to control oxygen levels to 5 ppm, which surpasses typical standards for oxygen-free copper.
With a twisted design that includes 140 conductors measuring 0.04mm in diameter, in an 8-wire to 4-wire braid configuration, each cable effectively minimizes magnetic field energies. This results in reduced noise interference and improved signal quality. This method helps to decrease outgoing and incoming noise caused by electromagnetic interference.
