Product Description
3-inch records were originally released and sold in Japan in the early 2000s, just before the vinyl revival began worldwide. Fast forward 14 years: the idea to revive the format came about during a trip to Japan, where Record Store Day representatives met with the only factory producing these "8ban" records. After a year of brainstorming, prototyping, refining, and collaborating with the Record Store Day team, the RSD 3 mini turntable from Crosley was born.
Beck transports RSD3 into hyperspace with this 3-inch single "Uneventful Days," recorded for the RST 3 mini turntable. This is the first single from his fourteenth studio album Hyperspace, co-produced and co-written with Pharrell Williams.
This standalone single is in classic black and includes a fold-out poster. This 3-inch vinyl single pays tribute to the original "8-ban" records with the classic-sized holes for the RSD3 mini turntable and vintage 8-ban record players.
