Antelope Audio Zen Q USB is a professional audio interface on the USB-C bus designed to help you transition to a more serious setup while maintaining a compact format. Ultra-linear preamps and flawless analog-to-digital converter provide professional sound quality for studio work, home use, or even on the go. Add to that its wide connectivity options and built-in real-time effects, and you can handle almost any task - whether you want to record, mix, master, broadcast, or simply play audio.
Features:
Built-in DSP and FPGA chips allow for real-time effects processing.
Antelope Audio Zen Q features two digital-to-analog converters with a dynamic range of 127 dB and can operate at sampling rates up to 24-bit 192 kHz thanks to AFC (Acoustically Focused Clocking) technology taken from the company's higher-end models. The device is equipped with a digital signal processing (DSP) processor, high-quality discrete preamps (up to 65 dB of gain), and dedicated Hi-Z instrument inputs.
Real-time effects:
Zen Q, powered by the Synergy Core engine, comes with a set of 37 analog effects. All these effects are processed exclusively within the Zen Q interface using a unique combination of FPGA and DSP chips without any additional memory or CPU resources from your computer. This means you can record and work with vocals and instruments in real time, making listening, mixing, and even mastering with Zen Q a truly professional experience.
Connectivity options:
Two preamps are provided for analog recording that can work with microphone, line, and instrumental signal levels. The inputs have phantom power, and two additional 6.3mm inputs are located on the front panel. The gain level is 65 dB. The unit also features two headphone outputs, two balanced monitor outputs, and two balanced line outputs. The interface works with external preamps and converters via ADAT and S/PDIF ports.
Construction and power:
Thanks to its durable construction and high-resolution display, Zen Q is ideal for recording in a home studio, rehearsal space, or even as a standalone effects processor and mixer for a small group. Zen Q does not require an additional power source to operate; it works via USB-C cable for easy connection to your computer. The proprietary drivers for macOS and Windows ensure stable operation with ultra-low latency.
