Analog sound with digital control
The exceptionally clear sound characteristics of Satori are the result of advanced analog circuit design. At the same time, flexibility and precision control are ensured by using Antelope's next-generation digital control panel, which gave rise to a new generation of analog devices such as the Satori monitoring system and the 32-channel microphone preamplifier MP32.
Satori offers fast and accurate source and output switching, sensitive remote volume control, as well as a range of stereo effects (mute, mono, dim, mid-side). The Satori control panel is equipped with a stereo peak meter for instant signal visualization.
Analog summing capabilities
Moreover, Satori is not only an ideal monitoring device; it is also an 8-channel fully analog summing mixer. This type of analog summing, with warm "punch" and excellent dynamics, allows engineers who do everything on a computer to mix signals in an analog form and achieve a more natural blend of instruments. The summing in Satori preserves the "punch", power reserve, and excellent dynamics, providing a completely analog sound that is usually only heard on the most celebrated analog consoles.
Precision relay volume attenuator
The use of the latest noiseless relays with gold-plated contacts and precision resistors allows fast and accurate stepped attenuation without sacrificing any of the excellent sound characteristics. Relay level controllers have a 0.05 dB accuracy and stable balance of left and right channels even at low volume levels. The pure signal of the attenuator fully preserves the integrity of the audio signal and allows you to reveal even the subtlest nuances of sound.
Headphone amplifiers and talk back function
Exceeding most monitoring controllers that have one or two headphone outputs, Satori offers four independent headphone amplifiers - one for each main group member, as well as a unique input signal channel with independent volume control. The system uses audiophile-class headphone drivers already found in Antelope's premium line - high-end home audio converters that work with both low and high impedance headphones.
Multiple inputs and outputs
The undeniable advantage of Satori over other monitoring systems is the multitude of connection options. No other 1U rackmount monitoring system offers eight stereo inputs and four stereo outputs, as well as various connection options: XLR, 6.3mm, and D-Sub 25.
