Oxygen is a common impurity in copper products, so we avoid using gas burners during manufacturing and fill the equipment with noble gases to ensure oxygen is controlled to 5ppm, below the standard for oxygen-free copper.
Each cable features a proven twisted design with 140 conductors, each 0.04mm in diameter, in an eight-wire to four-wire braid configuration. Twisting the wires minimizes the energy of magnetic fields, reducing noise and signal interference. This technique effectively reduces both outgoing and incoming noise from electromagnetic interference.
