AKAI PRO MPD218
The AKAI PRO MPD218 is a MIDI/USB controller designed for use in the studio and for live performances. It is suitable for musicians, DJs, and producers. In this new version, you will find classic pads on an enhanced control panel that has been improved after six years of research and analysis of user feedback and suggestions.
The MPD218 features ultra-sensitive Thick Fat MPC pads, as well as significantly expanded control with a set of six knobs in 3 banks instead of one on the previous model. All of this together will allow you to maximize sound and provide unparalleled control over all effects.
Along with the upgraded functionality, compatibility with all iOS devices has been added, and the software can be downloaded for free, which would normally cost around $400. The software bundle in this case includes: AKAI Pro MPC Essentials, Ableton Live Lite, Big Bang Drums and Big Bang Cinema from Sonivox, as well as Software Preset Editor.
